Services
We provide web design, development, hosting support, and related digital services as agreed in the project scope.

Payment Terms

• A minimum deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required before project commencement.

• The remaining balance is payable upon project completion or as otherwise specified in the individual contract.

• All payments must be made through the agreed payment methods.

• Delayed payments may result in project suspension until payment is received.

Free Support

• We offer free support and maintenance for up to 4 months following project delivery.

• Free support includes bug fixes, minor adjustments, and technical assistance related to the delivered work.

• Support outside the scope of the original project or beyond the 4-month period will be subject to additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

• You must provide timely feedback, content, and access to necessary resources to enable project progress.

• Delays caused by the client may impact delivery deadlines.

Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the final deliverables and intellectual property rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

• We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information received during the project.

Limitation of Liability

• Swinotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered product.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance beyond our control.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the contract with written notice.

• Deposit payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
