Refund and Returns Policy

At Swinotech, we are committed to delivering world-class digital solutions—including web development, mobile applications, UI/UX design, blockchain integration, and custom software development. As a service-based digital agency, our work involves personalized, time-intensive processes tailored to each client’s specific business goals. For this reason, all payments made to Swinotech are non-refundable.


1. Scope of Policy at SWINOTECH

This Non-Refundable Policy applies to all services offered by Swinotech, including but not limited to:

  • Website and Web Application Development

  • Mobile App Development

  • WordPress and Custom CMS Projects

  • Web3 and Blockchain Solutions

  • Branding, UI/UX Design

  • API Integration & Backend Development

  • Consultation Services

  • Maintenance or Retainer Agreements


2. Payment Terms

Clients are required to make an upfront payment, milestone payment, or full project payment (depending on agreed terms) before the commencement of work. Once payment is received and work has begun, no refunds will be issued, regardless of project completion status.


3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances, subject to management approval:

  • Duplicate payment made in error

  • Service paid for but not initiated within 30 days due to Swinotech’s internal delay (not caused by client indecision or lack of communication)

All exception requests must be submitted in writing to hello@swinotech.com within seven (7) business days of the transaction.


4. Project Cancellation

Clients who decide to terminate a project after commencement are not eligible for a refund. If a termination request is made, Swinotech may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit toward future services, but this is not guaranteed and must be formally discussed.


5. Quality Assurance & Revisions

We encourage all clients to participate actively during the project timeline, including feedback and approval cycles. Swinotech provides multiple revisions (as agreed in the contract) to ensure satisfaction before project closure. However, dissatisfaction alone does not warrant a refund, especially if agreed deliverables have been met.


6. Consulting Services

All paid consultation services—virtual, on-site, or strategic advisory sessions—are non-refundable once booked, irrespective of attendance or perceived outcome.


7. Third-Party Services

Swinotech is not responsible for third-party tools, hosting providers, domain registration services, or software licenses procured by or for the client. Payments for such services are subject to the third-party’s terms and are non-refundable by Swinotech.
