
Ma-Zanas Kitchen is an Anambra-based restaurant with its physical outlet located in Umuchu, Anambra State. On the eve of its grand launch, the brand identified the need for a strong online presence that would reflect its modern approach to food service.
That’s where Swinotech came in. We designed and developed a fully integrated restaurant website that allows customers to browse the menu, place orders, and make payments seamlessly online. To further enhance the customer experience, we implemented a real-time delivery tracking system, enabling users to monitor their food orders from the kitchen to their doorstep.
Recognizing the communication culture in Eastern Nigeria, where WhatsApp is preferred over emails, Swinotech provided a flexible WhatsApp ordering widget. This ensures that customers who may not wish to use the website for their orders can instantly place requests through WhatsApp—meeting the community right where they are most active.
Through this project, Swinotech delivered not just a website, but a complete digital solution tailored to the lifestyle and preferences of Ma-Zanas Kitchen’s customers.
